Locations and directions
The SPRING performances take place on various locations throughout the city of Utrecht. Below is an overview of the locations for SPRING 2025. This page will soon be updated with the locations for SPRING 2026.
Stadsschouwburg Utrecht (SSBU)

Plan your route ahead of time on 9292.nl. From Utrecht Centraal Station, it is a 15 minute walk. You might also take a bus and get out at the stop Stadsschouwburg, which is a stop right in front of the Stadsschouwburg.
We would not recommend coming by car, as this location is in the center of Utrecht. Coming by car anyway? You can park your car at Maliebaan, a 5 minute walk from Stadsschouwburg.You could also use one of the parking garages near the Stadsschouwburg: Parkeergarage Kruisstraat (3 min walking distance), Parkeergarage Grifthoek (9 min walking distance) or P&R Utrecht Science Park (with a combiticket for parking & public transport, 15 minutes by bus).
Theater Kikker | heart of the festival

Plan your route ahead of time on 9292.nl. From Utrecht Centraal Station, it is a 10 minute walk. You might also take a bus and get out at Neude or Janskerkhof. It is a 5 minute walk to Theater Kikker from either of these bus stops.
The city centre of Utrecht is hard to access by car and parking spots are rare near Theater Kikker. Coming by car anyway? You can park at Q-park La Vie, a 7 minute walk from Theater Kikker. This location is inside the new “milieuzone”, which means not all Diesel vehicles can enter this zone. De Paardenkathedraal
Addres: Veeartsenijstraat 155, 3572 DD Utrecht.

Plan your route in advance on 9292.nl. The theatre is on the Veeartsenijstraat, a street off the Biltstraat.
From Utrecht Central station, take bus 28/74/77/24/50. Stop at Oorsprongpark (3 min walking distance from the theatre).
De Paardenkathedraal is also easily reachable by car, but keep in mind there is paid parking around the venue.
Utrecht Centraal Station

The installation INTO THE DIRT takes place in the pop up store.

Plan your route ahead of time on 9292.nl. Utrecht Central Station is the central station of Utrecht and is located on the edge of the center next to the Hoog Catharijne shopping center.
There are four guarded bicycle parkings at Central Station and enough unguarded spaces.
Street parking is very expensive around the central station. We do not recommend it. Picking up and bringing people to and from the station is possible at the so-called kiss and ride. The kiss and ride is located on the inner-city side of the station, near Busstation Centrumzijde on the station square. You can park in the Parkeergarage Stationsstraat.
BAK

It’s a ten-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station and the Hoog Catharijne shopping center.
By public transport from Utrecht Central: take bus 2/8/28/50/55/73/74/77 to the Neude and turn left into Loeff Berchmakerstraat, then left into Pauwstraat.
Theaterhuis de Berenkuil

By public transport from Utrecht Central: take bus 73/50/28 and exit at the stop Oorsprongpark.
We do not recommend coming by car. Most of the city centre is car-free, so venues may be difficult to reach by car. Parking is scarse and expensive. Still want to take your car? The closest parking garage is Parking Kruisstraat.
EKKO

EKKO is located within walking distance (about 12 minutes) of Utrecht Central Station.
We do not recommend coming by car. Most of the city centre is car-free, so venues may be difficult to reach by car. Parking is scarce and expensive. Still want to take your car? The closest parking garage is Parkbee Gruttersdijk.
The Neude
Adress: Neude, 3511 AJ Utrecht.

It’s a ten-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station and the Hoog Catharijne shopping center.
By public transport from Utrecht Central: take bus 2/8/28/50/55/73/74/77 to the stop Neude.
We do not recommend coming by car. A large part of the Utrecht city center is car free, so it can be difficult to reach Neude by car. Parking is scarce and expensive. Are you coming by car? The closes parking garage is Q-Park La Vie.
Instituto Cervantes

Instituto Cervantes is located within walking distance (about 11 minutes) of Utrecht Central Station.

Savannah Bay
Adress: Telingstraat 13, 3512 GV Utrecht.

It’s a 10-minute walk from Utrecht Central station.
By public transport from Utrecht Central: take bus 2/8/28/50/55/73/74 of 77 and get out at the stop Neude. Walk across Neude into Kintgenshaven. Then go right into the Telingstraat.
We do not recommend to come by car, as the Utrecht city center is largely car free. It can be difficult to reach Savannah Bay by car. If you do come by car, you can park close to Neude, in Q-Park La Vie.
Theater Utrecht

Theater Utrecht is within walking distance (12 minutes) of Utrecht Central Station.
By public transportation from Utrecht Central Station: take bus 3 and get off at the Viaduct stop.
Werkspoorkathedraal

The Werkspoorkathedraal is within walking distance (13 minutes) of Utrecht Zuilen station. From there, follow the Werkspoorpad to the Werkspoorkathedraal.
By public transportation from Utrecht Centraal: take bus 11, 12, or 120 and get off at the Station Zuilen stop. Several trains also run to Station Zuilen.
We do not recommend coming by car. The Werkspoorkathedraal has a limited number of parking spaces.
STECK
Address: Gageldijk 3, 3566 ME Utrecht

Steck Garden Center is a 20-minute walk from Utrecht Overvecht Station.
By public transportation from Utrecht Central Station: take bus 55 and get off at the Vulcanusdreef stop. From there, it’s a 7-minute walk along Darwindreef toward Gageldijk.
Steck Garden Center also offers free parking.
De Utrechtse Boekenbar
Address: Westerkade 2, 3511 HA Utrecht. De Utrechtse Boekenbar is located in the center of Utrecht.

De Utrechtse Boekenbar is a 20-minute walk from Utrecht Central Station.
By public transportation from Utrecht Central Station: take the tram toward Science Park P+R and get off at the Vaartsche Rijn stop. From there, it’s a 4-minute walk along Westerkade to De Utrechtse Boekenbar.
We do not recommend coming by car. A large part of Utrecht’s city center is car-free, making it difficult to reach by car. Parking is scarce and expensive. Still coming by car? The nearest parking garage is Parkeergarage Vaartsche Rijn.
