Can I buy a ticket at a cash desk on location?

No, there will be no physical cash desks this year. You can only order tickets through our website.

How can I see my order history?

Click on the shopping cart at the top right of the page and log in. Under ‘My account’ you will find ‘Order history’. Here, you can find all purchases you have made. Sometimes it can take a while before a purchase appears here. For all performances in the future, you can find a link to send the tickets again.

My purchase failed. What now?

Usually, this is easily solved. First look in your account whether you can find the purchase under ‘Order history’. This might take a while. If you cannot find your purchase, contact us. If possible, mention the type or error and the transactionnumber. In rare cases, the communication between iDeal and our website fails. Then the payment works, but the tickets do not appear on your account. In these cases, you will automatically get an email with explanation.

I did not receive an e-ticket or I lost it. What now?

After finishing the pruchase you will automatically get a confirmation through email. This will normally happen within a few minutes. Sometimes, an e-ticket does not arrive due to a full inbox or a spam filter. What you can do about this, depends on which emailservice you use. Sometimes you can choose to add SPRING to a list of trusted addresses, or you will find the email in a spam folder.

Do you have an account? Then simply log in to your account on the website. Here, you are able to access all your tickets.

Can I get tickets for a performance that is sold out?

If there are no tickets online, there are none available. We do not reserve any tickets for a presale and we also do not work with a waiting list. Sometimes, there might be new tickets last minute due to people with a passe-partout or daypass who cancelled their tickets. This means it is good to keep checking the website.

How do I edit things on my account?

Log in to your account. There, you will be able to change your password or personal information. You can also see your order here. You will also be able to delete your account and data.

I bought a ticket for the wrong performance or I can no longer attend a performance I bought tickets from. Can I return or exchange my ticket?
