SPRING Performing Arts Festival is looking for a Managing Director from 1 January 2027 to lead the organisation together with the Artistic Director of one of the Netherlands’ most acclaimed international performing arts festivals.
As Managing Director, you will be jointly responsible for shaping SPRING’s future while ensuring a strong financial and organisational foundation. You will work closely with the core team, cultivate sustainable relationships with artists, partners and funders, and contribute to the development of a festival that brings together artistic innovation and contemporary social reflection.
