SPRING Academy Trajectories: Intermediality & dis-placing perspectives hosted by Ainhoa Hernández Escudero
Can media be a threshold to displace roles, perceptions of reality, and perspectives? What presences and absences emerge when the media itself unsettles us? How do the media—images, sound, text, and technology—not just show the world but shape how we perceive it? Together, we will dive into the connections between magic and media, considering how both function as technologies that invite us to reshape narratives. We will explore how different artistic practices use media and technology as a medium, a channel to construct and deconstruct what we thought we knew, shifting the lenses through which we look at the world around us.
